A substantive brief relevant to your role. We want to see how you plan and execute.

Interview
45 minutes with two executive members, including a structured debrief on your task. 16 to 18 July.

All candidates hear back the week of 20 July, whether successful or not.

Onboarding and Team Vote
Successful candidates begin a two-week onboarding period. At the end, cabinet votes to confirm your place. We assess fit, and you decide if this is right for you.
